ETR services the diverse public safety industry including, but not limited to Emergency Medical Service (EMS), Fire Rescue, and Law Enforcement. For EMS and Fire Rescue, we provide new and existing Vehicle Conversions; Collision Appraisal; Collision Repairs; Reconditioning; Remounting; Service; and Warranty for Ambulances and Rescue Units. The ETR Solution empowers clients by providing the ultimate vehicle to meet their unique needs!
Collision Appraisal Services are available for the customer, adjuster and/or insurance companies assuring that all parties receive an accurate, comprehensive, and fair estimate of the vehicle.
Collision Repairs can be as simple as replacing a compartment door; or as complicated as replacing a corner post or top rail in an Ambulance Module. ETR has performed Collision Remounts at the same time the customer has elected to replace a 'totaled-out' freightliner chassis with a new International LP 4300 Chassis, saving time and money!
New Vehicle Conversions for Battalion, First Responders, and QRV (Quick Response Vehicles) units are custom designed to meet your agencies requirements.
Existing Vehicle Conversions are for transforming your Ambulance/Rescue Unit into a Mobile Air Station; Command Unit; Dive Team Rescue Unit; Light Rescue Unit; Mass Casualty Unit; or Rehab Unit.
Reconditioning Services include the option of having new parts and/or completely upgraded parts for your existing vehicle. Reconditioning can include new flooring, strobe-to-LED lights, upholstery, attendant seat (with child safety seat), cabinetry, generator power and/or air-conditioning system. ETR provides several options of paint jobs including color and/or design changes.
Remounts are custom-designed to meet the needs of the customer. The cost of today's Emergency Vehicles continues to increase while Remounting can save the customer as much as 50% of the cost of a new unit! ETR has performed numerous Remounts where the customer has elected to upgrade their Fleet by not only changing the Model (such as F-350 to F-450), but also the Make (from freightliner to international).
